CONSULTATION & DETAILED STAGING REPORT
This two-hour consultation will use a detailed staging report and checklist to determine everything needed to get the home at the best price possible!
- We start with a phone interview to determine buyer demographics and prepare for our consultation.
- Using a photo-filled, detailed staging checklist, we walk through the home and discuss optimal return-on-investment strategies designed to impact buyers.
- The detailed report also includes my essential "Open House Checklist" and "Closet Organization Checklist."
(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to an hourly rate)
POWER STAGING & MINI-MAKEOVER
This staging service is about physically staging the home's main areas based on the Staging Report recommendations.
- We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
- We will bring staging accessories to give you a visual shopping list and get higher-impact photos.
- We will work up to four hours in the home, photographing the transformations.
Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving.
(Up to four hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to an hourly rate)
ULTIMATE POWER STAGING & ONE-DAY, HOME MAKE-OVER
Have a larger home (2000+ square feet) that could use more than a few hours of work? No problem!
- We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
- We will bring staging accessories to give you a visual shopping list and get higher-impact photos.
- We will work up to seven hours in the home, photographing the transformations.
Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving.

- Using a home assessment, we deliver a proposal providing a Good, Better, Best option to fit every budget.
- We use top quality furnishings to achieve the look that buyers will fall in love with.

Not every stager has the furnishings and accessories to pull together spaces! Check the stager's portfolio, and never go with the lowest price. You get what you pay for.
